Service Policy for Total Interior Care Package Thank you for choosing AEN Details! We are committed to providing top-tier care for your vehicle’s interior. Please review our service policy for transparency and clarity: 1. Service Scope and Coverage Our Total Interior Care Package includes: Interior Blow-Out Full Deep Vacuum Deep Cleaning of Door Panels, Dash, and Console Full Steam Cleaning Shampoo/Heated Extraction for Seats/Carpet (if applicable) Leather Cleaning & Conditioning Door & Trunk Jambs Cleaned Windows Cleaned These services are designed to give your vehicle’s interior a thorough cleaning, ensuring a fresh, comfortable, and like-new feel. 2. Pricing Prices vary based on vehicle type (e.g., sedan, SUV, truck). Additional services or special requests may incur extra charges. 3. Appointments & Scheduling Services are by appointment only. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or walk-in services may be available but must be confirmed in advance. 4. Cancellations Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. 5. Service Timeliness Please allow 2-3 hours for service completion, depending on the vehicle’s condition. If more time is needed, we will inform you beforehand. 6. Payment Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, credit, or debit. All prices are subject to Texas sales tax. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue. 7. Liability AEN Details is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues due to the vehicle’s prior condition. We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during service. 8. Special Conditions Excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair may require additional services not covered in the package, which may incur extra charges. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the vehicle’s condition poses a safety concern. 9. Customer Satisfaction Your satisfaction is important to us.
